2017 Press Release

September 1, 2017 – Dr. Carmen Fernandez joins the APAFS Board of Governors as one of three members representing the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. Dr. Fernandez represents the Northern Marianas College Foundation, where she serves as President, succeeding Joseph C. Santos to the post.

Dr. Fernandez will join current sitting Board member Melchor Mendiola representing the Marianas Public Land Trust, and Skye Lynn Aldan, representing Commonwealth Ports Authority and serving as an alternate member of the Board of Governor
